Hey folks, this morning i was coming out of my class (community college) and i haven't payoff my classes yet, so i park out side. So as i was walking i noticed that my window was down from a few feet away. I was like crap did i leave the passanger window down? as i got closer ...... I'm like F*CK!!!! they had broken in my car! at 1230 in the afternoon!!!! so the first thing i noticed was okay they didn't jack my stereo cuz it was with me, second i thought **** my amp and speakers!!! so i rush to the trunk and i see my stuff safe , because i disconnected the button to popthe trunk, then i thought what the **** where they thinking??? maybe they wanted to steal the whole car, but someone pass by??

Then as i got home i was thinking wow they didn;t jack **** i was like crap i remember i had bought some medicine for my acne the night before, then when to school and ididn;t get home till 1030 so i had forgotten about the medicine and it turn out that was the only thing they took....... medicine cost me $40 Now i dont know what to tell the pharmacy , i dont know if they'll believe me and let get another..
i got the window fix for 68 buck.

so in the end i have lost $40 + 68 + 1hrs late from work!

Puppet, i work in walgreens pharmacy, just explain exactly what happened.. i mean.. cmon it was acne medication! ask the pharmacy tocalll your insurance comapny(if you have one) to try and get an override for you, you will have to pay another co-pay though(which was 40?) but that will still be cheaper than paying the full price. If you have any other questions on getting your script just ask, i deal with those stupid insurance companys a lot.

back onto to subject, atleast your more expensive items are still ok, and medication is always replaceable, aslong as you have refills

 

dang tough break.. yea **** like that happened to me once.. cept out of my stereo, subs, etc, they stole maybe 2 dollars worth of change out of the cup holder... i swear the petty things people do nowadays..

yea wow 40 copay? was it brand? thell give an override unless the pharmacist is toolazy to call insurance...

 

WTH someone broke into your car just to steal acne medicine. Thats like going to Disney World just to eat a hamburger. But anyways, hope you get your car fixed, and this is a good excuse to get a better alarm

Yeah , i get to park inside when i pay off my classes then the parking fee of $25. Its funny because i had it plan to pay of my classes next week then get an alarm. TOday i was looking for a pager alarm , but i don't know if $325

Can anybody tell me how to disconnect my trunk button, I just got a system myself and I would like to keep it.

 

just open the door panel and disconnect it , that simple

 

.... medication is expensive.. hmm im gonna go to the pharmacy today and design an removeable faceplate for the med bottle... heheheeh ..

 

how do you disconect the trunk release if its a lever by the seat, not a button in the door panel?
Also let me know when you fabricate a faceplate for those meds, my little brother is always takin my crap, that'll wierd him out.
