Jack and Jackstand points

I was just wondering where the best place was to jack the rear of the car from. Thr front is pretty obvious with the jack on that center bump, or whatever, and the stands at the begining of those rails just behind the front tires. But I wasn't sure about the back. How far in is the jack point and where should the jack stands go? I saw the good ol' beam back there for the rear wheels and I didn't think that would be good to jack it on, so i haven't done it yet. Just a quick answer from anyone who knows for sure is good. Thanks.

The actual jack point is just before the rear wheel. You'll see a small section on the rocker, just the same as up front. You can jack it up from the rear beam too if you like.
