How do I remove my exhaust manifold

i want to take out the part behind the spark plugs were you see 6 cylinders. how do i do it? Thanks.

This description is too vague. The spark plugs screw into the cylinder heads. What do you want to remove, and why? Please find out the right part name and post it here.

Just get your toolbox and start upbolting things. You'll eventually see all six cylinders when you remove the throttle-body, EGR system, wiring harness, upper and lower plenum, valvecovers, and unbolts the heads, you'll see all six cylinders (and the tops of the pistons)...Get after it. If you get dirty, it will wash off, don't worry
