HELP!! i need advice on lighting

my bumper signals come on(all 4 of them) when i turn on the headlights...and it gives this nasty yellowish, dim color...compared to the headlights...wat can i do to have them brighter(including the corner lamps next to the headlights)....basically match everything so they're all the same color as the headlight...thanx
