Are Koni rears direct replacements?

According to that other post above they are, but I want to make sure. Does anyone think tokico fronts and koni rears would be a half aysed set up? Its sounding Ok to me. I don't want to modify anything, just unbolt the old, and bolt in the new. Not too much to ask i think.
I wish tokico would make those illuminas for us. They look really nice.
Oh well, I never get what I want, often close to it, but never exactly.

Yes...kinda... the Koni's come with a new lower perch that can be set to two different heights but it will 'bolt in' without modification.
