Got mounts?

Here is a couple pick of my stock mounts after 125K miles and many trips down the track. No wonder my motor moved like 3ft when my car was on the dyno

Mikey, my man. Are you getting rid of them? If so I'll take them off your hands free of charge. Or are you gonna poly fill them like I'm planning on?

I will have an extra set of stock mounts available soon but these I just dropped off to get ES poly mounts pressed in for Neal.

I bought a spare set of mounts off an org member a while back and got ES mounts put in those, and that is what is on my car. Neal is using the stock mounts from my car (the ones pictured) for ES mounts. Then I am getting Neal's stock mounts back from him to sell. If you want you can have the ones I get from Neal for cheap.

Damn, Stardust is giving me his already but that isn't for a few weeks so I was just checking if I could have yours. Nevermind then.

Wow, those mounts got messed up. New mounts will make a huge difference. With my stock mounts, there were a couple of times on the dyno where I thought something was going to give, the engine was moving so much. Put the Place Racing ones in, engine actually stays put. The only downside is the vibration at idle, but the car drives so much better in every other aspect.

I really think it's something that every boosted Maxima needs.

Yep, going with the ES mounts was one of the better mods I have ever done. I had just a very slight vibration at idle that I think I totally gone away. The whole car felt 10x better.

Cattman or suspension.com about $90 shipped then $50-$100 to get them pressed in depending on the shop

Mike where did you have the mount work done locally - I'm looking for a shop to do my motor mounts - they'll have to pull the old ones first - since I don't have a spare set lying around.

A performance shop in Naperville. Can't remember the name off the top of my head. It is back in an industrial area off Ogden (34) between New York and North Aurora. Used them to do some welding on a test pipe that no muffler shop would do because of the legality thing. I usually don't like "speed" shops but these guys are real cool and professional. They know me fairly well, I have had them do 2 sets of mounts now. The first set they charged me $37...but they did not realize how much a PITA is was gonna be. The second set I had done for Neal cost $75.
