The minute I turn it on and it only seems to go away when I begin to drive more agressively. However, when im cruising or idling the whistle remains and it seems to be coming from the rear of my car.. any ideas peepsÉ

 

do u have aftermarket stereo/HU amps anything

 

Nuthin at all man, just bose, if the car is off theres no sound, only when engine is running

 

it might be one of ur bose amps in the rear.....the reasony it only does it when the car is on is because the noise is caused by the alternator.....try peaking ur head in the trunk witht he car running and listen to see if u can hear it coming frmo one the rear speakers..the amps for the speakers are in the little pods attatched to them...

 

k will do when I get home, Only wierd thing is it seems to be coming from the bottom of the car, and additionally, shouldnt it do it if I have the radio on but the car off

 

Leak somewhere in exhaust

 

It is his fuel pump, I had this problem too, comming from in front of your rear tires right? On the bottom of the car, a humming noise? I had this problem, time to get a new fuel pump lol.
