my front end looks like previous owner raced down gravel

just bought a car. the front end looks like the previous owner was hauling a$$ down a gravel road the entire time he owned the car! theres pit marks all over the hood, bumper, and lenses. looks like ****.

what can i do?!

the lenses, ive heard mothers plastic cleaner and protectant, but i dont know how well that well help. or sand it smooth, dunno about that either.

help?

hope you knocked a wad off the price for that damage! bummer, though. maybe it's just asking for mods?? CF hood, Cefiros and not sure about the bumper, though. don't get the skyline one. maybe it can get cleaned up and then put the stillen lip on there to make it purty!

Yeah man, I hope you got the max for a really good price considering the condition. The only thing I can think of is just replacing the parts if it's that bad.

You can get all this done for pretty cheap, depending on labor costs for paint in your area. Front bumper cover 125 from pinnacle nissan, $75 for used fog lights, well that's what I got mine for, and the rest depends on the price for labor in your area.

my car was in the same condition knick and gashes everywhere. I just ended up buy new headlights, bumper, corners, grill and it looked brand new again

I see you're from AZ. All the rocks, sand, etc here really f*ck up the front hood and fascia.. it pisses me off

man i will tell ya, my car it pitted all over from the i 5 freeway......not as bad but it is a rock magnet.

Id get the hood and bumper sanded and repainted. As for the headlamps, I would attempt to wet sand with a fine grit sand paper and buff with some specialty plastic compound.

how much would that cost to get it done well? its still stock colored.
how do i wet sand?
