my boy bought some s techs from southwest autoworks and installed it about a month and a half ago, it still looks stock, well my eibach drop is lower then it. what could be wrong? i know its not h -tech becasue it is green, and the box said s-tech.
neone know what the problem could be? an proffesional mechanic installed it

Some springs just sit differently. I have eibachs and so does a friend of mine and his sat lower than mine, maybe b/c he had subs and full trim trunk and I didn't have anything in mine, no carpet/spare etc.

2 da max, did you do a before and after measurement? you did start off pretty high up in the air, so even a large drop will only get it down to where it should be. The roof of a stock max is so high up in the clouds, that it should have been the car called the SKYLINE! woo!! bad joke of the month! (does this mean i get a free digital camera?)

My next setup is AGX on S techs as well. Maybe the struts weren't put together correctly.
I have no idea. 2.2" front/1.8"rear drop is a pretty big drop to not see the difference. Something is definitely wrong. If I was him, I'd take the struts off and make sure that the springs are seated right & strut mounts up against the tower all the way. If he doesn't want to do the work, take it to another shop that knows what they are doing. At any rate, his car should be sitting LOW.

I uno that's wierd, but that girl...she can get it. No disrespect tho if that happens to be ya girl, but yeah lol.[/QUOTE]
???? get what..i dun get it......anyways, y would anyone get reg springs n shocks if you're worried about the height that much. You know that every spring is gonna sit different n now adjust to the height you want. But maybe its because of your strut..-= ) anyone else think about that??? Are you using your stock ones? if so, then that might be you're problem. running aftermarket springs on stock strut = bad news. You're gonna blow your shocks and eventually gonna have to buy new ones.

2 finger gap makes sense, i have a very tight 3 finger gap on tokico's (~1.5" final lowering)
if your "boy" doesnt have a 2 finger gap, take the front suspension apart and do it again, ive seen situations where the top mount wasnt put in correctly (backwards?) and was not sitting flush against the chassis, thus, the front sat kinda higher.
is it an even drop all around? if so, could be factory mistake/defect

Hey 2 Da Max, how does the ride look with just the lip? I was thinking of doing the same thing but im afraid it wont look right. Specificly i was concerned that i might get a "snowplow" look lol. My car isnt lowered and i got SE rims.
