Firewall Drilling

i posted this in the audio forum too but i really wanted to ask some 4th gen peeps for obvious reasons. where is the best place to drill a hole in the firewall for a power wire so that i can run it under my sills without seeing it? pics would be cool. thanks

I don't have pics but mine is about 18" above and to the left of the brake pedal, or just near the master cylinder.

i ran my power wire thru the wheel well in to the car thru a hole that had a bunch of wires running thru it into the cabin around where the hood release is.

if you're an automatic you can drill through the spot in the firewall where the clutch pedal would go. there's an insert in the carpet that you can take out and then drill
