Is this good gas mileage?

I am also running the OEM 15" sawblades with the original Goodyear Eagle RSA 215-60R-15 tires, which are good for another 5 or 6K.
I don't drive it like I stole it and try not to use it too much for city driving as I have another car for that purpose. 320 to 340 miles for straight city driving isn't all that bad, given you drive the car like a rented mule.

So let's go back to what i said before. I drive my c a r in City area, A lot of City mileage. I g e t a b o ut 320-340 for a f u l l t a n k. I think that is pretty dam good, since i dont drive on HWY as much as you do with your car.
If you look at what you wrote for the last couple of Post you made, YOu keep chaning your word around.
I was talking about city driving all this time, You where talking about HWY driving, althought you made some remarks about you driving around the city, but then you changed everything around.
Put a aftermarket Intake, then come to me and talk to me about Gas Mileage.
These are some factors you face when you drive in city.
Slow Drivers = Passing them, Means burning more gas.
Traffic Lights = This means you stop and and you go. That's when you burn gas.
Stop Sign = Same as above. unless you pass through them.
Traffic = Wich is another gas burning factor.
Sound system= wich makes your car heavier and put some load on the engine when you blast it. That also causes your car to burn more gas.
AC = burns more gas...
Now 320-340 for city driving is a good amount.

I don't know if that is entirely true, but I see what you mean.
With a after market air Filter, you will lose some Low End power, and Gain some High end power. When you lose your low end power, you will step harder on the gas to make your car move. This will cause you burn more gas.
Any time you force more air into the Cylinder, you will also burn more gas.

So either there has been a miraculous turnaround in your fuel consumption or you've had a change of heart, lol!

I average around 27-28mpg, with normal driving. This is with about 30% city and 70% country driving. I leave my climate control on econ on the lowest fan speed and shift at around 2500rpm.
If I am on the gas hard and speeding alot, passing cars, I get about 23mpg with the same amount of city and country drving.
Im not sure how many miles I get per tank, because I usually fill up once a week or whenever I get to 1/4 tank of gas. As of right now, my gas gauge is at exactly 1/2 a tank with 266.4 miles

"Run it down to empty, refill and devide the miles you have then by the number of gallons you put it. Do this like three times and average them out. Until then everything is just innaccurate speculation...you've been around here long enough to know that."
