Received a GARBAGE CF Hood

I bought a CARBON EFX Hood from RaceOnUsa.com, the fitment is GARBAGE it sits 1" above the headlights on both ends, how can I get this thing to fit better, plus it looks very gray. I'm returning this, which is better ABS Dynamics or VIS?

dam 1" above the headlights, you would get so much water in your engine that way. I would return it asap.

You sure its not just an alignment problem, mounting it to high up on hood hinges...

Theres only one way the screws will go in the holes and I actually had to somewhat force its the sides by the fenders that are staying up...

aren't there only a handful of places that make CF hoods with decent fitment?

thats ridic. looks like its not even closed. maybe its the latch???? VIS is one of the best fitted ones. my bro got one for his rsx, fitted perfectly he had another one before but fitted like crap. don't even bother putting hood pins in it, that sh*t will never close if its not the latch. anyone know if they make CF hoods for the i30 and NOT custom made?

I don't think it's the latch because it's bogging up like that on the sides, even if I manually push down the middle as much as I can it still bogs up like that from the sides, any opinions on ABS Dynamics?

I have the same hood. That problem was easily solved with hood pins which I was planning on using anyway. I like the hood.
