use some liquid wrench. spray some on, then later in the day, spray some more and try to loosen it again. keeping spraying and trying to get it off.

you could also try torching it if nothing else. or else take it to meneike or somewhere and have them get it off for a couple bucks if you can't.

You can also try Naval Jelly which has Phosphorus Acid. Works very well on rust, I used it on my rear 02.

It works better after the car is warmed up and the exhaust is hot.

I just replaced two O2 sensors today. I had to get an O2 socket from Autozone and sprayed the sensors with WD40 and warmed the car up. I had a problem with having enough access with the O2 sensor at the front of the car. Depending on the height of your O2 socket, you may need to buy a short extension bar. My 3" extension bar was to long and I had to buy a 1.5" extension.

I do have a problem with installing the sensors. I have tighten the sensors per spec but I still have smoke coming out. I don't know if the smoke is exhaust smoke or from the high temp antiseizing compound. I don't think it is from the WD40; WD40 should burn off within a few miniutes.
