Coving trunk holes

I've had to take off my spoiler for a little bit since the some of the screws came off and I don't want it flying off on the highway. My question is what's the best way to cover up the holes without ruining the paint? It may take up to a few weeks, worst case senerio, so and I'm not sure the tape adhesive will take to sitting out in the sun. What would be my best option?

electrical or masking should work just fine. Maybe have some goo gone to handle the residue once your ready to put the spoiler back in place.

You could go to the hardware store and get some nylon nuts abd bolts and screw them into the holes with a little sealer of some kind.
