Took the RSB off.

The ride has definately improved with this "lack of" a mod mod.

Honestly I don't feel any excessive body lean, and the rear feels much more stable on the highway.

Ben, ya want it?

you know Tom I never got one cause I feel the same way you do ... I think a fstb is a good idea ... but when going into a turn you want as much flex in the back of the car as you can get to keep the car on the ground ... It always seemed to me that the rsb wasnt a great mod ... glad to here your happy with the results

a 7/8" bar is just too large for a lowered max. either that or it needs more adjustability... to make it less stiff.

What about an RSB on a 4x4 Max? I've been considering one. I have an FSTB and am running on OEM 15" sawblades. I planned on buying an RSB after I buy new tires in another 5 or 6K. My car is an SE, 5-speed, and other than FSTB is stock with the exception of a K&N panel filter and a Budget y-pipe.

if you guys want to try out a mod, the RSTB is a good one for the buck. i bought one from paradox systems, and i must say when i put it on, i felt the difference. and plus its only like lets say $50 shipped, which isnt bad, i like it. i also have a FSTB and they both work well together.

later on in the summer im gonna get TEIN S-techs with KYB AGX's and also a RSB. so this summer im planning on being almost fully modded suspension wise...wish me luck.........and invest in a RSTB, its a good buy for the buck......laterz.....MAX

On a lowered max, the RSB makes much less of a difference. I took mine off last year because I wanted a more compliant ride. I definitely did notice some difference but the body lean that is on a stock car just isn't nearly as bad when you have lowering springs. I don't miss the RSB at all.

I have a Intrax/Koni combo. When I took off the RSB (I had to diagnose some suspension noises), just from the first turn out of my street, I felt a HUGE HUGE HUGE difference. Much more lean. Making "esses" in the street, I could really feel the before & after difference. Personally, I'd never take off my RSB again.
