2003 Dash in 4th generation

Hey guys, curious if there was a kit, or if it was possible to take the dash of a 2003 max SE and use it in a 4th generation. I just love those silver gauges.

All you need is the connectors, cut off ours. Use hte FSM to compare wires and solder wires together.

but is the dash a possiblity? I guess the best place to start would be knowing if the A32 and A33 are the same width inside.

another thought you might also have to change out the door panels since the two meet up. So you'd also have to see if the door panel is the same size.

IMO the electrical portion is the easier part of this mod. The time consuming part is relocating all three of the 02/03 gauge cluster mounting brackets to match up with the 4th gen dash mounting points.

yeah the whole dash swap is a little out of question, not really willing to go through all that just for the nice guage cluster. I haven't seen a picture of the backside of the dash, I suppose the guages unbolt and you could just swap them into the dash of the 4th gen. Not sure of the size difference either, but I am sure you could manage. Let me know if anyone has just swaped out the MPH/RPM guages out, or if this would be even possible.

ok the whole dash will not fit. i tried it. the 2k2 dash which i hada spare one is bigger in length so it doesnt fit. i wanted to do a complete 2k2 interior swap but i stayed with my i30 interior instead. the gauges fit but have fun with the wiring.

I'm about to do this gauge cluster swap and I am wondering if you are really serious about a kit making it flush. I assumed that you were being sarcastic, but if not, I'd really like to know about it. Thanks.
