rattles from the rear wheels...

when I hit a bump or something else in our fabulous road in quebec city, ther's kind of a noise coming from the rear wheels...that sound could be compared to a slack brake pads noise but, it's louder than that...also, when I crank the e-brake a bit, it stops completely....when I'm driving slowly (about 5-10 mph) I can hear a clic-clic-clic noise for each wheelspin...so it makes a clic each time the wheel spins 1 turn....please help!!

er i had that with my front wheels where apparently the rotor was warped causing the brake pad to come at it at a weird angle.. basically taking it to a point where the brake pad got worn down and the caliper was metal to metal with the rotor...

i reccomend jacking up the car (Pull the E brake), pop off the wheels and start the car.. then see how the wheels are turning (give it a little gas if needed) ... check to see if anything is holding it back.. although now that i think of it it's a FWD car.. er..

still wont hurt to pop off the wheels and have a look for any visibile problems.
