ground the e-brake wire from the HU....... there should be a wire that legaly need to be installed with the e-brake, just ground it to the chasis of the car or a ground behind the HU.

it is usually a yellow or green wire. It instead of grounding it needs to get power from the e-brake, and you hook it up to the sonsor that makes the e-brake light ,light up. I just hooked mine up to the red poer wire that supplies power to the head unit.

I have a JvC stereo and it had been install for about 2 months . I just got recently got the Screen . I totally forgot about the E-brake wire connected to the stereo. It made a easy Job , looked difficult becuase I was messing with the ground cables. I didnt even see the cable until i was going to call it a day, then I was like shiet i could of been done so quick lol.

BTW people with Microvision can you turn the Screen off??? While you listen to music ? or does the screen remains on?

the screen remains on. You can do what I did and probably what everyone else did, put a switch inline with the red (power) lead of the screen.

I have this unit also. For the price, you cant go wrong. Im very satisfied.

The cheapest I found it was at ibuyplasma.com for $219 + $13.90 shipping, Bestbuy wanted $300 + tax.
