I have two simple questions about it:

1. when using this method, where do people get rid of the old fluid.

2. What new fluid to put it (can the old and new be different?) The web instruction suggest: Dexron II or Dexron III, depending on the year of the car.
Which one should I used for my 97 (with 110,000 miles)

just get Mobile1 ATF fluid ..

and u can get rid of the fluid at ur local auto store or wherever that recycle used oil.
