Im in the process of purchasing 350z fabric manual seats for my 5th gen. I was wonder how was the install process on your 4th gens since no one has done this on the 5th gen. Was it required to drill holes into the chasis or the bracket so that the fit meant was right?? How much lower do you sit in the seat compared to ur factory seats? thank you for your time.

I put the cloth 350z seats in my max, basicly the same principal as SYCEFIRO.
I used the seat backs and bottom cushion and attached it to my maxima seat rails.
The holes in the seatpan from the 350z were differetn then on the maxima so I had to create brackets that joined them together.
Definatly a time consuming project. It took me a whole day to complete(literally).

Why would you recommend leather?There are some people who can't stand leather and I'm sure that if he wanted leather really bad, he would've gotten leather seats.
