My Max is offically dead

yup its me again and my maxima is dead. no time for explaination... this is whats for sale..

if you want i can sell the whole car, 161,000 5spd 96 black, front bumper is like completely destoryed. it barley runs cuz it needs a slave cylinder replacement.

i got the full exhaust on it som3 2002 maxima rims. a pionnerr face, a radar detector, cone intake filter.

basically ill sell the whole car for 500 bucks. it prolly needs mabey 200 bucks worth of repairs to get it running again. that wont fix the messed up bumper tho, its missing the left turning signal light too... buy my whip if u need parts n stuff i guess... oh yea agx shocks and lowering springs.

when i took it to the track i ran 14.6's in it. the exhaust is warsped y. with warpspeed cat, custom catback with resonator, and a dynomax muffler... the exhaust alone is worth 600 bucks... so lemme know. i will take the best offer....

i live in plainview on LONG island.

rmurdoch, that's a contradiction of terms. When it comes to marketing, there's nothing to study.

As a graduate with degrees in accounting, finance, and marketing, I know a little something when it comes to "studying" marketing and believe me when I say there isn't anything to study. What a worthless major.

I am a quasi engineer, and I'll stand behind this one.

Did ya hear the one about the man in the hot air baloon and the man on the ground?

As a graduate in education and accounting and having never taken a marketing course in my life, perhaps you could edify me on how WalMart, McDonalds et al have developed such a loyal following. Are you suggesting advertising isn't marketing, I don't be thinking so!

A man in a hot air balloon realized he was lost. He reduced altitude and spotted a man below. He descended a bit more and shouted, "Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him half an hour ago, but I don't know where I am."

The man below replied, "You are in a hot air balloon hovering approximately 30 feet about the ground. You are between 40 and 42 degrees north latitude and between 58 and 60 degrees west longitude."

"You must be an engineer," said the balloonist.
"I am," replied the man, "but how did you know?"

"Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is technically correct, but I have no idea what to make of your information, and the fact is I am still lost."

The man below responded, "You must be a manager."
"I am," replied the balloonist, "how did you know?"

"Well," said the man, "you don't know where you are or where you are going. You made a promise which you have no idea how to keep, and you expect me to solve your problem. The fact is you are exactly in the same position you were in before we met, but now, somehow, it's my fault."

There is a lot of money in the marketing field. This is off topic, but I don't agree with your statement.

I said the marketing major was worthless, not marketing itself. Here's my reasoning why my marketing degree was a waste of time:

1) The curriculum revolved around rote memorization of terms
2) Students were actively encouraged to NOT master concepts so they could think independently. My classmates could not think outside of the box and if you proposed an unstructured situation, they could not adapt and deal with it.

Marketing as an activity is very important, I'm not arguing that. However, the way I was taught made my degree worthless.

I'm done now. Any more arguments about my statements can be conducted via PM.

But I have to agree 100% with THT. Unless you are in some senior level classes and doing an independant type project, marketing is just memorizing terms. You dont get jobs by just reciting definitions to marketing firms

If the rear bumper is good, ill take it
