I have an Alpine 6-CD Changer laying around. (It used to be in a Honda). Does anybody know if I can buy some kind of an adapter so that this unit can be utilized with the current bose system in my 1998 SE.

Nope. Youd need a special clarion unit.. Unless that alpine is one of them FM modulator types that plays over yer radio...

You need an Alpine HU for an Alpine changer, and they need to be from the same series.
