Front end conversion with or without foglights?

I recentley purchased a 97 bumper cover and grille for my 95 max. My 95se came with fog lights. Now with the 97+ bumper, i'm assumming i need new fog light casings? I would of purchased themb but at 185 bucks a pop ( the cheapest i saw) i decided not to buy them. First off does the 97 bumper have to be modified to fit 97+ fog lights or are they are universal where u can mount the fogs? And does anybody have any for sale or know where to get them cheap? Now if i don't install the fog lights, is it possible to splice in aftermarket fogs ( cause it will be cheaper i think)? Thanks in advance

i was going to go that route but i ran into that problem. So i went to a junkyard and got a bumper with fogs. You could go 2 a junkyard and try and pick some up. I bet it would be cheaper then new fogs.

You could also go the after market fog route. I have a pair of fogs wit the halo ring for sale. I took them off my car after a month of so bc they didnt fit right on the 96. But ive seen pictures of them mounted in the 97 bumper and they look better. Custom maxima is where i got them. They dont have pictures up anymore but i can take some if you want.

Let me know
