its analog... and its illegal to rollback your mileage, I am setting another cluster to what mine is. Might Prob just swap the face to my current speedo as explained in the faq's but still need to find out how to properly take off needles??????

i am not sure on the 4th gen, but on the my car i can easily swap the speedo, tach, and fuel level/engine temp gauges into any 3rd gen without touching the counter. I've done it once, and i'll have to do it again this week. So you take your old cluster and remove the above mentioned components after which put in the ones from the new cluster you got. Hope it works the same way for you...
