Front end swap....

Im planning on helping my father remove the entire nose on his max, Any tips on where to begin. We're not too sure where to begin. actually we are doing a full 97 front end conversion....So any help would be appreciated.

if you're doing a 97 front end conversion, do what SYCEFIRO did, do an i30 conversion instead...

You'll need to start by removing the corner lights, signal lights, foglights (if equipped), headlights and grill. There are some screws that hold the top of the bumper that are located under all that stuff. Move onto the bottom of the bumper and remove all the protective plastic panels that are there. You'll then be able to access the screws that hold the bottom of the bumper on. from there it should be a simple pull and she should come right off. Good luck and hope that helps.

(except that doesn't help with the foglights, but removing the foglights is pretty common sense once you take a good look at them)

Ye buy a book, I suggest the factory service manual for you maxima, you can find one on ebay.
