But why do you feel that way?
And I agree with fr33way, the clutch engagement is very manageable. I drive in NYC city frequently, and do a lot of stop and go around town, plus I'm an active-shifter *****, meaning I tend to upshift and revmatch-downshift through the whole range all the time, everytime.
I find the engagement and feel to be tighter and more predictable than stock, but you'll likely find that's the case anytime you replace a old-worn out part with a new one. Keep in mind, the heavy duty/stage 1 pressure plate is designed with street-ability in mind, so you won't have a sore left leg, unless you have pipe-cleaners for legs or something like that...But yes, it's tight, but not too tight as to require a high degree of attention all the time.

An OEM 5th gen setup, which costs only $200 (as opposed to the ACT $400) will last A LOT longer than a stage 1 clutch and will have more than enough grip you will ever need for your n/a max. In my mind I just dont see any reason for getting one unless you are boosted or have nitrous.

I would think so. But you could always call up the Infinity dealer and ask if Nissan part numbers are for the same parts from Infinity. Its the same company so thats why I would htink they are, but you never know.

I think the 5th gen is a great setup and if I wanted a stock feel that is without question what I would get.

My original Clutch has 125k on it and still grabs like the day i bought it. That is with 45 passes at the track. You may wanna just get 5th gen clutch setup
