It adds so much power, it rivals the Stillen supercharger. Buy it. Then buy stickers to add more power.

In some ways, you can't blame the guy. Yeah I know it's rice and it's been discussed 10 trillion times but... what's worse?
a) Him asking about it.
b) CM actually selling it.

I don't blame him/her for asking. Only one person's actually installed it and that was on a 5th gen. Now that my susp & repairs are complete I'll get back to power adders and finish working with my CryO2 stuff...

I have a friend who did this one his turbo supra. He has the cryo kit for his intercooler and it works awesome. He had a gain of 30 whp from the cryo shot. The down side is that it is only like a nitrous shot, short and to the point. There is no longer term h.p. from it. but hey I guess it makes good conversation.

Even if we did ... the same mods wont do the same for different vehicles so his point was invalid in this discussion ...

with all due respect,,engines are engines and they will always benefit from cooler air, that said i'm not sure how efficient that device is but if it is you will gain some power not as much as 30 whp like the supra for 2 reasons 1* we don't make 600 hp so it's relative 2* their air is hotter by nature after compressing so they benefit mush more from cooler temps ,,, but i believe there are gains to be made

Yeah well Sometime wish I had a supra. But nah i do plan on doin' this mod when i do either turbo or s/c my car. But I would be interested in the gains on a N/A motor. You say the A/c hing doesn't work but if you remember that the Ford lighting iin its last year of production did have What ford called the "Supercooler". Which did use freon to cool the intake almost like the ctryO2 kit. So yeah it might work.

Well I object to sticking packs of ice in your midpipe and MAF...Lets use ice packs...Those are reusable

actually at tracks most guys do that, they put ice on top of their whole intake manifold to lower the temps, it actually does a fair amount of greatness.
