Do you think that the sun will be an issue with the paint? Does it chip, because it looks sick man. Well done, just clean up the little spots and you will be set!

I have a black interior and when I first saw the pics, I thought you swapped in the entire interior. It wasn't until those party poopers started pointing out spots you missed that I actually noticed them. Good job!

I think I would paint the inner door pillars and the back plastic where the rear windshield meets the sides.

Excellent Job, when I first say the pics, I was wondering what did you do? then figured you swapped the dash out. Good job with the painting.

The black dash/tan carpet combo reminds me of MKIV Supra's that have a tan interior. Good job!

yea that was the most time consuming part - especially around edges bc you want to get the tape as close as you can so you paint all the brown but still keep it off pieces next to it that you dont want painted. its all about patience.

thanks man - we dont really get snow down here in NC so im not to worried about that. Ive found that any real beating on the dash will cause chipping but like i said, i never put anything on it so it should be fine. Ill post another pic later tonite as i am almost finished.

thank you.

well im pretty much finished - think im still gonna do the A pillars and possibly the doors but heres a few more finished pictures (w/ a few extra mods ) . not sure why there are some white streaks on these (maybe the paint is still drying and the flash brought them out).

its just still drying. it doesnt really look like that in "real life". im starting to hate my camera. 400 dollar 4megapixel Canon and the pics are all blurry. the quality of the dash is probably best represented by my second set of pics on page 1

Looks good, but let me know if the paint starts flaking off like it did on a couple of my friends. They had little black specks on their faces all summer -the sun beat down on the dash and the paint deteriorated. Either way, coulda been the paint brand they chose.

looks good, maybe it would have been alot easier painting wise if you would have just removed the interior and painted it outside the car. looks pretty good though

Hey, you should cover your speakers with speaker grill now.

I love the way it looks +100 times better than the stock plastic cover...

You can get the mesh at radioshack pretty cheep...

Just cover the plastic thing and hot glue to back, and re- install...
