Steering wheel still vibrates!?!?!?!

Alright i changed the ball joints and struts and swaybar links and the wheel still vibrates and shakes when in go over a bump WTF? What else causes this???

Hunter GSP9700 might eliminate some issues with the vibration.

the wheels are balanced deezo... its when i hit a bump or a pot hole the wheel shakes
