spark plug gap

what is the specifed gap for spark plugs. Nissan convienently does not specify a gap in the user manual nor can i find any mention of specified gap online. If you are going to tell me to put the plugs in as-is, dont bother replying because it is specified on the plug box to adjust gap to engine maker's specifications (NGK laser platinum)

I think the gap is .44. I think the NGKs come already gapped.

.044"

Regap them. They can knock around in the box while in transit, causing the gap to change.
