U guys mite remember my thread last wednsday wen i got bak from the track, best run a 16.09 with cel on (knock sensor, o2 sensor). i was upset then, im more upset now! changed both the o2 sensor and knock sensor this week and just got bak from track. ran worse than last week. last week people hated on my 60ft times which were horrible. 2.44-2.6 consistently. they all figured it was my o2 and ks. so i changed them both and tonite i ran 2.44 60ft times again. consistently. ok guys, i have an auto, but with a y-pipe, catback, i dont think i should run 16.2s and lower. obviously my 60ft times suk, but i dont think i could have tried to launch any differently. ive ran 8 times the past 2 wednesdays, tried about 7 different styles of launching an auto. best 60ft, about a 2.44. that is definitely not a driver error either. the best driver in the world cant launch my car better than 2.44 60ft. ive also looked in the timeslips forum and even the guys with 2.4 60ft times ended up way better than 16.2, and they were autos. so im askin u to think hard about this, wut other factors could contribute to such poor performance on the low end??(maintenance things, engine conditions, etc..??) or throughout the whole power band if those timeslips say anything! another thing, my cars an "se", cant go above 120 if i wanted to. not that i should do that but on the way home i opened her up, sorry. please guys, ANYTHING, any ideas on y i have the slowest 4th gen in the world!!

are you running 91 octane? has the code came back yet ? you may nopt of tightend it enough. mien took liek 3 weeks to seem to get power. i dunno why it just did, so i owulnt be to discouraged.

yep, 91 and higher, usually 93. well, i just changed it yesterday, should i have waited longer?? i know it did something b/c with the code i couldnt peel out, wen i changed the knock sensor i peeled out rite away. dont know wut that means but it tells me i gained atleast some power rite away. i dont wanna be discouraged but wen everyone tells u u will notice the difference rite away, i expected it. yesterday mine and anothers guys maxima got their ks changed, he felt his. i didnt really except for the burn outs.

it was so sad to see the 20,000 lb. dualie running 12s, and it was even worse losing to the slow a$$ astro van. someone help...i dont wanna do wut this guy did>>>
