I would like to thank the members and those who maintain this site. I am sad to say I will not be using this site any longer due to my car being jacked today. Definately claim lower miles then you had, but more then you had at your last inspection/emissions and "OH the body was in perfect condition"

And state that the vehicle was in perfect mechanical condition. Do you have receipts for maintenance, tires, stereo etc?
