yes, but an s-pipe will have to be put on after the cat before the exaust since we have another 02 sensor somewhere which technically makes out exhaust onger then the 95-96. so is it a direct fit?? the answer is no, will it fit?? with some modifications then yes

You shouldn't have a problem with the y-pipe

I bought a Budget b-pipe and they use the same one for all 95-99 and it comes with the O2 sensor hole on it, but they include a plug for it. So the 95-96 people can keep it plugged and the 97-99 can put an O2 sensor in it

The rear bumpers on 97-99 are a bit longer than the 95-96 bumpers so if you use a 95 exhaust, I'm guessing the muffler will be more in

Catbacks are probably made differently (95-96 shorter and without O2 sensor hole, 97-99 longer due to the longer bumper and with the O2 sensor hole) so that is up to you to decide (they should all fit, but you'll need an O2 hole)

http://maxmods.dyndns.org/index.php?MaximaPerformance has more info on which catbacks fit fine

make sure you use the same emissions-spec Y-pipe as your own.
