Did you hook up your alarm or have it professionaly done. It may also be your starter solenoid. Thats the problem I had when I would turn the key to start and hear nothing. Good luck.

1. Do the lights/radio etc. work?
2. Do you hear even a click when you turn the key to start the car?

Go bang on your starter with a piece of wood or a long extension - and then try to start the car again.

If it still doesn't start, it's most likely your starter.

do you have a toggle switch somewhere that u can turn off the alarm? do u know where the power wire for the alarm is at? same thing happened to me on another car. although on the alarm i had, the car would crank but not fire. see if u can disconnect the power to the alarm under the hood. good luck

Take your stock intake pieces off and you will see the starter. There is a black wire that goes to the solenoid that is mounted on top of the starter. Unplug it and get a multi-meter and have a friend try to start the car while you check to see if your getting 12V through that wire(the one not connected to the starter solenoid). If your getting power all the way to there it is not your alarm and is definitly your solenoid or the starter itself.

You said you had this problem before right? So it either starts fine(without any nasty noise) or doesn't start at all right?

Here is the link where to find/take off the starter
