HighPerformance Oils!?!?!?!?!?!

Hi, i have a 96 maxima SE 5 spd w/ full exhaust system, B&M short-shifter, and i drive quite hard. I wanted to know what is the best high performance transmission oil, where do i change it from and how many bottles will i need?

How do i change the tranny oil??

What difference will that make??
