I have a 96 maxima, i was wondering what some of the pro's and con's of getting exhaust ran at a muffler shop instead of buying exhuast like obx or greedy.

 

Unless your stock exhaust is rusted/dead, I stick with it and get only a y-pipe ...

The diffrences would be quality, but they don;t add much hp, so I'd go the cheapest option, and go with a muffler shop, but keep it as stock as possible.

 

what is the size of the stock exhaust?

 

i believe its 2.25"

 

end tailpipe is 2"

 

so keep stock exuast and get a 2 1/2 y-pipe from warspeed or budget?
