That's a new variation on a old trick. Back in Jamaica (W.I.), guys used to put small springs in their exhausts. Then when they drove or blipped the throttle, they'd get a whistling noise. Used to be done a lot with modded VW Beetles, probably the most modded car ever.
What's sad is that some schmuck is actualy gonna buy that thing.
