That's a new variation on a old trick. Back in Jamaica (W.I.), guys used to put small springs in their exhausts. Then when they drove or blipped the throttle, they'd get a whistling noise. Used to be done a lot with modded VW Beetles, probably the most modded car ever.
What's sad is that some schmuck is actualy gonna buy that thing.

lol i told u was not even looking for that i was looking for roof spoiler, so i typed maxima and i was going thrue and i sow that thing, and i kined of new what is it all about,but i just wanted to make shure wtf is that, i will not put this on even if u ll give it to me as a gift lol
