Evap

I have been having 2 codes come up...0705 and 0309. The combination points to a problem with a hose in the EVAP system (Found this in another thread). I couldnt seem to locate the EVAP canister. I know where it is....its mounted behind the gas tank. I found something, but im not quite sure if its the right one. Can anyone explain what it looks like or have a picture? Thanks

so the evap canister is that huge black box, I tried taking that apart the other day and the 2 screws that the hoses hook up into on the side just wouldnt go they just sat and kept spinning, any ideas? I have another thread asking about this problem also here

Mine is 0705 & 0309, when I saw lots of 0705 and 0903 I thought they made a mistake too From Haynes: 0309 is "EVAP canister vent control valve open", 0903 is "EVAP canister vent control valve circuit fault". did not get it fixed yet(I can reset it, but will come back in a week). I need more info also. and I saw the box and other stuff behind the rear left wheel too.

try replacing the canister, see if that helps. the canister was about 55$ from nissan dealer. replace that, clear the code, see if it comes back. the hardest thing about replacing is the tubes connected to it. they are really stiff and refuse to come off. PM me if u want the write up, i'll email it to u guys too
