Clutch Replacement

Ok, so I am replacing the clutch in my 95 5 speed. I have the engine supported, the transmision is supported by a jack right now so I can let it down when the time comes. I have removed two rods that connect to the tranny from the shifter, the starter, and the six bolts that I can see that hold the tranny to the engine. The Drivers side axle is disengaged, but I can not get enough room to remove it completely. And the four motor mount bolts are out.

Anyway, With all that removed, the tranny will not come down. Am I missing any bolts that connect it, or is there something else I need to do?
