It finally happened to me...

I get up this morning, get ready for work, walk outside to my car, press my alarm, I reach for the door, and WHAM... someone keyed my whole driver side from fender to rear quarter...

Let the pictures do the talking.

what do you mean 'finally happened'? were you expecting it happen? but ouch man! especially on the black paint. why do people do this? were you with some girl who was cheating on her BF to be with you? make sure you, ya know, 'take care of business'...

I've only heard of this happening to "other" people and never would've imagine happening to me. I thought I lived in a pretty good neighborhood to just park in the street, which I have all the time, but now I don't know what to do. I feel like if I just get it fixed, it'll just happen again. I didn't **** off anyone and I think it's just random hater, most likely a high school kid who wishes he can have my car... UGGGHHH

I might just do it through insurance... I don't know.. I'm bummed all day long today and still am and I can't go to sleep thinking about it.. it's 1:30AM here.. OMG so p!ssed.

dude im so sorry ... i will never understand why there are so many SCUMBAGS in this word .... whoever did that has theirs comming! .... thats F*#KED up seriously ... man that SHYT makes me MAD..... chances are it could have been random OR it could have been someone who is jealous, mad, etc.. of you .....try to think about enemys you have or someone who do that to your car...after thinking about it ask those peoples friends if they know anything about it....I dont know how old you are but if your still in HS word spreads fast.. heres the trick...MONEY talks...offer money and a promise that you wont let out who told you anything....but offer money to someone who knows who did or for someone who knows any hardcore evidence about it .... people love money...most people are stupid, people will sell there friends out for money .... just try it ........ I once had a party and had my drawer robbed and went to school the next day and spread a rumor that police came the next day and took fingerprints and whoever it was was gonna get arrested for grand theft larsony....and sure enough, a few days later the kid must have gotten word and left 500$ soaking wet money on my door step!!! ....boy was I clever .... if you try hard enough you might be able to find out who keyed your max

youd probably know if you had problems with somebody...and you would have posted, "guy who hates me probly keyed my car"
i would think it was just random, your car is nice and it sticks out more than the one beside it plain and simple. im sure they didnt go all the way down the street straight for your car, probably just said to themselves that they would key a car, and picked the closest one that stood out.

many idiots just do it for fun, thats just how people are!! in hs, there was a girl that people disliked for some reason, her car was keyed almost every day..when she went out for lunch she would find another scratch...i heard that to find out who was doing it the cops would put a car just like hers in the parking lot with cameras and crap, but i dont know if it happened.

when i was like 14 i would have
kids around here shoot and stab eachother, adults alike
keying a car is just a prank to a kid walking by and if he doesnt think he has an enemy..then he probably doesnt.
either way though, it sucks!
if it makes you feel better...my buddy has a riced out honda civ HB blue w/white vinyl flames ,dual rice cans, rims/lo pros. and tonight, his girlfriend backed into a tele pole! HAHA...well it sucks but i always tell him...dont let her drive you car. messed up spoiler/bodykit and some rash on the rim HWAHWAHAWha

Well one of my friend had similar thing happen to his WRX 2 times. Both times he went through insurance and it never went up so I might just call up my insurance company and see what can be done...

P.S. I filed a police report and for some odd reason cops were so nice to me lol...

Sorry that had to happen to you...some people are really messed up. I remember visiting my cousins in Winnipeg and our old Pontiac got spraypainted all across one side overnight while it was parked on the street. Fortunately it came off, but we were scrubbing with toothbrushes for quite a while. People who do this generally aren't very happy and have some sort of mental issue that takes away any common sense...just try not to feel too upset about it and once it gets fixed try to find a new parking arrangement. Whoever did this will eventually self destruct if they keep making stupid decisions in life.

That totally sucks. Sorry that you have to go through this.

I had paint ball shells and paint all over my car once. I went door to door asking if anyone had a paint ball gun or knew anyone with one, I was hot. I finally went down the alley where I had heard some noised earlier while washing my car. I saw a bunch of paint ball marks on a fence. I went to that house and talked to the guy. He said he did not know anything, but as my friend and I were leaving he said "maybe who ever did it did not mean to do it". I knew it was his kids (older ones) at that point. I just said that this %$%$% better not happen again, and it did not. Never heard the sound of those paint ball guns again.
