Illumina/S-Techs vs. Tein Basic Damper Coilovers - What are your thoughts...?

I currently have the Illumina/S-Tech setup on my car and someone has offered to buy it from me. I was thinking about purchasing the Tein Basic coilovers. What would be the difference in switching over to coilovers, other than the adjustable ride height?

It'll ride flat through corners and turns. Linear springs means that you'll feel everything you haven't felt yet.

If memory serves me correctly with the tien basis there isnt anything to adjust besides ride height correct?

I've heard the tiens ride excellent at what ever height set at, only if your not satisfied with the S-tech/illuminas and want the ability to adjust the height (and you dont mind paying for anothe alignment) then tiens is what you want.

Hey CK what is your reasoning to consider switching over to a full coilover setup? Most people get them to get rid of the fender gap completely. Lower Mainland roads are good to coilovers and you're running a nice thick sidewall so I think you'll really like the upgrade just purely from a cosmetic standpoint.
