help with driver side window

so last night i put my window down and i realized taht i cant get it back up. it climbs up until like half way then it gets to a point where it gets stuck and wont budge so i have to help it along with my hand. I took apart the door trim today to see if can figure anything out but everything looks fine. My guess is that my motor in the window went because before this happened it would go up a lot slower then the other windows but the only thing that gets to me is that the window goes down fine. Also if it really is the motor how hard would it be for me to do it myself or do i have to take it to some1. Thanks for all the help guys.

what he said ^^^^^

teflon in a can. go to home depot, get some teflon spray, spray your tracks, see if that helps.
