Anyone that has Ever Soldered help!!!

Sup guys, anyone that has ever soldered b4, my bose aint workin, its apart rite now, imma try to fix it...the thing is i've never soldered like this b4, i need someone to briefly explain how do i get the resistors off the board and how do i go about resoldering them bak on??? do i just rip them off and melt them bak on?? i have soldered, but i used the soldering wire, i wouldnt think i need to use that in this case. any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Heat up the soldered point with a small solderer. Then all you have to do is carefully pull the prong/resistor out. Then, reheat the solder (or add more if necessary) when you put it back in the board.

Make sure your tip is hot enough. Because if it doesn't got hot enough you will be there forever. The solder will turn to milk when the resistor is ready to come out.

You could also buy a de-solder pump thing from radioshack fore 3 bucks

ok guys, heres the update, i resoldered 5 resistors...the others i just didnt wanna try to reach...now my cd actually goes in and plays, but no display still and no buttons work still, so im stuck listening to this cd over and over! now, i dont reckon many of u have done this to bose, but imma take it bak apart rite now..i did something rite cuz now i have sound but imma play around a bit more, do u think switching around resistors will do any damage??

replacing the resistors wont always fix the display problem. It could just be old and ready to go and that there is another problem with it. The display on my old headunit didnt work and I replaced the resistor and that didnt do anything.
