Tensioner

Does anyone on here have the instructions on how to change a Tensioner. I need to d mined asap. It sounds way too much b/c its broken...

check the how to's there is a write up in there. I know how you feel my chain is crazy loud at start up, and with the hood open I alsmost sound like a diesel.
