Car Trouble Help Plz

When I went to pull out of my parking spot that I had been parked in for about 2day I heard and felt the weirdest thing.
I felt a strain as I was pulling out(in drive) and heard a creak. it felt as if someone was pulling my car as I was tryna drive off. and the noise as I started driving sounded like the muffler(or something) might have been dragging on the ground. I checked but there wasnt anything visable(to me).
Has anyone ever had this problem it was the first time for me.

If your car sat for two days, especially during this wet weather we've been having, it was probably just a little rust on your brakes. Drive it around a bit and see if it gets better.

My brakes get rust on them and sound like that if they've been sitting for more than an hour. It's no biggie, just thank Nissan.
