sorry for posting on the wrong part of the forum but I have a limited oppertunity to get a deal on a new head unit, and no one in the Audio forum is answering me.

I have two questions
1) Does the 4th gen come with a "diversity antenna" which requires this adapter for connecting to the new HU? Or is that for 5th gen only?
2) Is the flip down pocket hilighted in red easily removable for a single DIN head unit install? I'm asking because I'm planning to add the double din microvision screen in the near future.
