Testors Tint Paint vs. Hard-to-find Nightshade?

I went into some hobby store called hobby lobby and they had some testors transparent tint in black and blue. I was wondering if this would be just as good as the nightshade paint.

You can get the nightshade paint from custom maxima for $10.00 a can. Just go with that, you know what you will be getting.
