as far as reading in the all motor fiurim it looks like the oovi is the way to go if you can't handle the 3.5 motor swap or the power loss that the mevi gives in low rpm. the oovi will give you oodles of horsepower whereas the catback will not.if your looking for noise get the catback if your looking for power get the oovi.

well I have to admit, the cat-back is more noise (from experience) but you definetly get a nice kick combined with a y-pipe and CAI.

Im a Honda guy and looked and the stickies and online and couldn't find anything so what is 00vi?

Opt for the 00VI, but you also might want to consider a JWT ecu down the road (if they make them for 99s), rather than the catback.
