fan belt and tension rod replacement

fan belt and tension rod replacement
Does anyone know how to replace a fan belt? Is it relatively easy? medium difficulty? extremely difficult? better to bring it to the mechanic?

what about the tension rod?

Help!

There is no fan belt in the maxima, it has electric fans, and im sure there a plenty of writeups on how to change the accessory belt in the stickies. check em out.
