97 with a 95 swap

i have a 97 max with about 132,000 on it. i acquired a 95 engine with only 4100 miles on it...original. I was wondering what problems i will run into when i do the swap. i will be using the tranny out of the 97. will the trannies swap right out? Will i need a different harness? what other probs could i run into along the way? thank you.

As Long As You Have The Right Emission Setup (cali Engine To Cali Engine, Fed To Fed) You Should Not Encounter Any Problems. Everything Bolts Right Up.

It will work just fine. Lots of folks have done it.

For the dude asking about the AE LSD trans, you will need an LSD driver's side axle.

Thats awesome. Thanks so much for the info. Got back from the meet in Natick, MA earlier...there was some nice stuff there. Supercharged 350 = NASTY.
